What most helps your personal growth?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 26, 2008:
Putting things into my mind, body, and spirit that are good helps my personal growth. Remembering that pain and stress are temporary help my personal growth. Keeping focused on my purpose for living and reason for being help my personal growth. Knowing who I am and why I am here most helps my personal growth.
